A: Yes, UPA provides initial training during your implementation period. Training of new concepts and features will be made available as needed to educate your office staff.Q: How secure is my information? A: All data is encrypted, and each practice has their own dataset. Everything is password protected.Q: Who will our patients contact for billing questions? A: Your patients will contact UPA’s dedicated customer service department.Q: Who will my practice contact for application support? A: Your practice will work directly with UPA’s local onsite help desk.Q: Who will do my coding? A: The provider is responsible for proper documentation, coding and linking.Q: What is the turnaround time for billing?
